FINALLY......Received my new tablet!!!!!

      Just wanted to thank you for having an On-Line Customer Service Rep. Employee, “Jessica” of Minnesota!!!   After 11 phone calls since Aug. 16, 2022 (some of which I was on the phone for 1&1/2 hours!!!) dealing with customer service reps & tech support supervisors,  she was the one & only who saw me thru obtaining my new, free (of which they continuously told me I was entitled to) tablet I FINALLY received on Dec. 20, 2022!!!!  She even called me back (which no one at Verizon ever did!!!) to be sure I received the tablet!!!  So, Jessica of Minnesota definitely deserves the “CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE OF THE….YEAR AWARD”!!!!!!  Verizon has a great employee!!!!!!!…..Thank you Jessica!!!!!!!……….
