Fair warning: DON'T use ART for the runtime!

So I used ART thinking it would be faster and more stable, right?

I couldn't be more wrong.

ART made my RAM nonexistent, and half the time, either the screen would lock, or the program would hang up and there entire tablet would be unresponsive.

ART is meant for Lollipop, not KitKat or earlier.  No pre-Lollipop OS version should be using anything other than Dalvik.
