We purchased a Gizmo watch for our daughter for Christmas. Everything seems to be working fine except the step counter. It randomly stops counting steps which is extremely frustrating for her. If we turn the step counter off and back on it usually starts back up. We shouldn't have to go through this process, especially when she has lost out on thousands of steps in a day before she notices.
