How can I change the Cantenna Router Default Login Credentials?

Hello, I currently have a Verizon Cantena plan, and I am looking to change the password. When I go to the Gateway page (192.168.1.1), I can't log in. I have tried the various passwords that the passwords given on the Verizon help pages of:

  • USERNAME : PASSWORD
  • Admin : Password
  • admin : password
  • Admin : [WPS Pin on router]
  • [none] : [WPS PIN]
  • [none] : admin

However none of these have worked. The login credentials should not have change since the router was installed. Does anyone know what I should do, such as factory reset the router and try these again?

Honestly, I would call Technical Support and see if they can roll out a truck roll for you for someone to come fix it. I don't believe there is a way to Factory Data Reset the cantenna (there is a way to do it with the LTE Internet Installed)
