Is this a way to avoid accountability for your crummy hotspot experience? Seems like it otherwise you wouldn’t need to message privately, seeing how others want to know the answer as well.

Usually when CS private messages someone, they get into the customer's account while in the process, which is why they don't post the conversations publicly.
