Rookie user...I am trying to change the password for others to log on to my jetpack. User Guide says to go to http://myjetpack but it comes back as site not found. What am I missing? Is there another way? Thanks!

Let's get this taken care of RoDo1515! Which Jetpack do you have with us? With most of our newer Jetpack devices, you can access the Administrative page by going to http://my.jetpack. Here, you'll be able to change your device password as well as option to allow others to access to device. Let us know if this works out for you. Thanks.

Thanks. I meant to type my.jetpack. Neither one works, nor does the IP address. Using a Surface with Windows 8.1 and Explorer 11, if that matters. Thanks again.
