How do i get the ellipsis 7 to store data to the sd card?

I have an SD card installed in my ellipsis 7 tablet but it has no data on it.  How do I configure it to store pictures, program data, etc. by default?

I know you cannot move apps to the card, perhaps not even app data.  Pictures and documents should save to the SD though.
