I can't watch weather channel videos in app

Why can't I watch weather channels videos on Ellipsis 8? Also can't watch my Dish anywhere on this tablet.

Not enough available RAM? How many other background apps are running?  The Ellipsis 8 doesn't have much to begin with, so to watch video, it needs to be the ONLY thing using the RAM.
