I purchased the LTE Network Extender on my own post-paid account. I've since closed my personal account and am on my husband's post-paid account. Will our LTE Network Extender still work? When we turn it on, it looks like it's trying to hook up but just keeps trying to hook up and is not succeeding.

The Extender's MAC ID needs to be added to the new account by VZW Technical Support (and possibly removed from your old account). The database that associates your Extender's MAC ID needs to know the correct account to use.
