Jet pack admin

• I am not sure if i am not getting on to the right page or if I need to register a jet pack account but when I go to http://my.jetpack it won’t let me login and it looks different from the pages I’ve seen for it
• it says I only have 4 attempts left and I don’t want to get locked out of it or something if it is the correct page
• PLEASE HELP

• I did that as well, my device pulls up a gray page asking for a username and password. All of the images I’ve seen are a white page with red lettering and red banner
• i am trying to set it up for a wps to connect my ps4 to stream

i can connect all of my other devices but it doesn’t show up with my PlayStation is there a reason I’m unaware of?

We want to be sure that you can successfully connect applicable devices. If all other devices can connect just fine, we recommend reaching out to Sony for support regarding connectivity issues.
