Hello,
We have a Jetpack MiFi 6620L that shuts down every week or so. When it stops broadcasting, I check on it and it usually has a message that it's fully charged and to unplug it. We want this to be on all the time as we use it for guest wireless. The configuration is shet to never go to sleep and to never shut down.
SW Version 2.75
I would appreciate it if someone could provide some assistance in helping me troubleshoot the issue.
Thanks!
Beth

Ann is correct! A Jetpack is not designed for continuous duty operation or to be connected to external power 24/7.
> I am at a business (state governement) and their FAQ's state it's residential.
One of these is more appropriate for your application:

http://3gstore.com/product/5419_cradlepoint_ibr600_verizon_multiband_3g4g.html
Depending on which SIM Card your Jetpack uses, it might be a direct swap. The people at the 3GStore can answer all your questions as well as help your select a unit and support it after purchase.

The Jetpacks are not intended for 24/7 access in one location. The LTE installed or LTE router is designed for 24/7 access.

Thank you for the reply. I am at a business (state governement) and their FAQ's state it's residential. Do you have any other thoughts or know of any other products that we should look at?

I have the same problem with my 6620L. I previously had the 890L and it was plugged in all the time and it never shut down. I used it over a year.
