Can anyone tell me why mine is so slow? My local library has these and they are wonderful. Unlimited data, run very fast, connected to multiple devices. I bought one in May with Unlimited data. Surprise, it's not! We will stream half a movie and our speed is throttled down so low that we can't stream anything, much less open a window. I have reached out continually since May to Verizon, have been on the phone waiting for help for hours and am getting nowhere. I paid $200 for the Jetpack and am paying $96 a month for no service.
