LTE is up and running: “service active” (blue check mark), 8/10 satellites connected, 0/14 devices connected.
i did everything i could find on this board-
restarted the network extender,
restarted iPhones,
reset network settings,
went to cellular - cellular data options - voice & data - selected LTE and switched off VoLTE.
None of our iPhones are connecting. We have a iPhone 11, iPhone 7 and iPhone SE. why?

Having the same issue after being shipped a replacement extender due to the first one locking up on the 8C error. Spent hours on chat with support and no change. I found a post where someone mentioned tech support having to change their band from 13 to 4 which fixed their issue. VW carrier version code NEEDS updated to seek highest signal possible NOT try to hang on to a band even when there’s only 1 bar.
