MHS900L Reboots for no reason

I upgraded in December of 2018, and I am having issues with my Jetpack MHS900L.  It's happened off and on since I bought it, but now it's getting out of control.  Several times during the day, it reboots for no apparent reason.  Sometimes, I'm in the middle of streaming, othertimes, it is just sitting there with no load.

I've tried this without the battery in, but that didn't help either (all it shows is battery level: 0 instead of a 6.

Any ideas?

It also reboots if it is not connected to the charger (ARGH)...

We want to make sure you are provided with the best service and have a working jetpack at all times. I would be concerned if this were to happen to me as well. With regard to the device have you checked the connections on it to make sure they were properly connected? Also, have you tried resetting the jetpack at all during this time? JasperM_VZW

Thank you for your reply.  It's been a couple months since I reset the MHS900L.  I will reset it and see what happens today.  I won't be using it a lot today, as I will be out and about most of the day.

I reset it before I left, and started an hour+ Youtube video while I was gone.  I also disconnected the USB power cord before I left.  Let me know what you think.  Thanks.  Jay.

As I mentioned earlier, the MHS900L doesn't have any updates out there.  It is running 

version 4.1.4.1-36042.

A couple of weeks ago, I received a private contact message, but I still haven't been contacted.

From what I can tell from the logs, the MHS900L is rebooting when the battery is full and when it checks to see if the battery condition.  This sounds like it could be fixed with a firmware update, but so far, one hasn't been released. My MHS900L is running version 4.1.4.1-36042 which according to the software update page is the latest release.

I replied in e-mail to show you the settings that I have, but the unit is set to NEVER shut down.  I have two computers and a printer that are always on and should always be connected.

This morning, I disconnected the MHS900L from power allowing the battery level to go down to 79% (4) and then reconnected it to power.  As predicted, as soon as it was full and it checked the battery, it rebooted (see log below).

I still haven't had anyone call me, but I think that I have the issue resolved.  I switched to having the MHS900L connected to a USB port in my RV, and I set the display to stay on all the time.  I suspect that it was the charger that was causing the issues.  We will see what happens when we move to our next location.

The MHS900L has never had a software update.  As for my debugging attempts, I changed chargers yesterday and USB cords without any success.  Here is the log from yesterday afternoon through early this morning.  The four devices connected are two laptops, one HP printer, and one cell phone (used for looking at the logs when I'm not in front of my computer).
