I'm trying to send a text from my tablet and when I scan the QR code sent to my phone I get a message that says VMA User Query request failed
We want to make sure that you're able to use the Message+ app on your tablet without any issues. Can you try uninstalling and re-installing the app and trying again? Please let us know how it goes.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and I still get the same error message.
