My jetpack is on but it looks like it's off. How do I fix this?

I was having Limited Access issues with my JetPack so support asked me to reset the device. Now when it's on you can't tell....it looks like it's off. How can I fix this so when it's on the display lights up like it did before I did the reset?

There should be instructions on the various options to customize the control panel in the User Manual for your Jetpack model.  Normally there is some kind of  a power setting that controls how long the control panel remains lit before turning off the display.

Confirm your Jetpack model and we can try to help you look it up and confirm what the steps would be.
