Our company purchased this router and I have been trying to get it to work for 2 months to no avail. I have been told the issue is with our Cisco firewall but I have worked with Cisco TAC to resolve any such issues. The device still has a flashing red SYS light and a magenta GPS light. I can access the device on out internal network and login to it but it will not otherwise work.

Two months is a long time. Let's get this resolved. Is your device flashing fast red under system or slow? Is your GPS antenna on the device? What happens when you try to dial #48 from a device? Here is a link with additional steps that might be helpful. http://vz.to/16B8CEp

It is fast flashing Red under system. The GPS antenna is on and I have it next to the window for days. Once I took it outside for an hour.

Thanks for the additional information, jghelps!
Have you tried resetting the Network Extender device by powering it off and back on? Here's a link with information about the LED Status Indicators: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-36589/. Please keep us posted. Thanks!

This device has been powered off and on dozens of times. I took it home over the weekend and connected it to my home DSL router and it worked fine. All lights turned blue. But it still does not work here at the office. I still have Cisco helping me but I do not know what else to tell them other than the ports we opened as described in the help files.
