I tried multiple things, I first tried WiFi and nothing over and over again. I call tech support and go to a store today and still nothing. They tell me I can't update through WiFi because the software can't until you connect through a 4g service, so I spend money on 4glte even though I will never use it to update my tablet and still cannot do so, someone please help.
Its ridiculous that Verizon support gave me different answers every time I called them and none worked. Sorry abone we are screwed, thanks for a faulty product with no update that is on your website.
