Trying to update, but the status in the pull down screen just says "downloading update package", but nothing is happening. Ive force stopped the program and tried to check for new updates. It just stays like this and won't actually update. Yes I've also turned it off and restarted, have wifi on, and battery is charged. Please help, need updated software.
I believe, if not mistaken, that the Ellipsis must be updated OTA mobile network and not wifi. No billable data is used.

I understand your concern with wanting to get the tablet updated. Have the latest software is always great. The software update has to be done over the network, please turn off wifi and make sure you have a good signal and try the update again. http://vz.to/1gzkk8b
