I have an orbic mifi device that when tethered or via wifi gets maybe 16Mbps download on a good day. If I switch to my iPad Pro 5th generation Hotspot (which is connected to Verizon as well), the download speed jumps to 96Mbps. How can the download speeds be so different between the two devices?
