Orbic speed ready to go but I need to change my password. I have tried the whole 192.168.1.1 url and all the other instructions listed on Verizon website as well as product pamphlet. Url to admin page not working for me and yes I am strictly connected through orbic as instructed. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I want you to be able to make the necessary changes to your Verizon Orbic Speed device settings. Allow me to help.
To clarify, are you looking to change the admin password for your Orbic Speed (not the password to connect a device to the jetpack), or are you looking to change the Wi-Fi password used to connect to your Orbic Speed?

I need to change the wifi password itself. I have gone through the admin process with hotspots in the past before but for whatever reason I am unable to access the admin page this time. Hotspot is working. Connection is up. I have accessed hotspot strictly with data off etc. Page always reads "failed to load" or "error timeout" I have tried all the other short urls from the help pages as well. Thank you for taking the time to help me!
