My ellipsis 8 did the update yesterday and now keeps shutting off in the middle of a game or freezes up when doing searches with google..i had my tablet for a year and not once had a problem with it until now...my question is ....how do i uninstall the crappy Qz3_31F46_0303 and go back to the previous one QZ3_31F40_1013?

I don't want your tablet to freeze or shut off during usage. Let's look into this more. Are all of your applications up to date? Are they specific applications or all of them?

Yes everything is up to date. It is all applications that it happens too but only started after that security update....i do not like this update at all...really dont want to do a factory reset and start all over ....altho i have had to try to send this message twice due to the page freezing...so can it be fixed or uninstalled ?
