My tablet was working fine other than short on memory. After charging overnight, tablet was stuck on the "welcome" screen. I tried to do a hard reset or a factory reset by pressing the per button along with the volume button. Tablet turns off, then returns to "welcome" with no options to do factory reset. I tried to let the battery die then recharge hoping it would reset but no luck. I really need my tablet as I have several flight and pilot apps I need to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can certainly imagine your frustration.There are a few things you can try initially. First, I'd like you to power down the device and remove the memory card. When you have removed the card, turn the device back on. Please keep us posted so we can continue to assist you, if necessary.
