Why does my M2100 Jetpack disconnect when using the USB connection? I'm able to use the Wi-Fi connection with no problem, however if I connect a device directly to the USB port it'll stay connected for a little while and then shut off and then I have to reset both devices to get them to reconnect again. Thanks in advance for the knowledge and help.
landyacht2018, We'll help glad to help and would like to check your settings. Have you tried using another USB Cable with your Jetpack?
