Upgrade to KitKat on an Ellipsis 7 tablet

Is there a known way to upgrade an E7 to KitKat?  I've tried evey trick on the Verizon support website.  Talking to support didn't help either.  TIA

The last release was 2014..that Android version is almost a decade old. You should probably get a new tablet.

I can understand wanting to have your device up to date with the latest updates. Currently, I do not show any pending updates for the Verizon Ellipsis 7 device. You can stay up to date for software updates at https://www.verizon.com/support/software-updates/ .
