Has anyone tried to connect a network router or switch (like Netgear GS608) to one of the LAN outputs of Verizon LTE Internet+Phone (aka Broadband+Voice) to expand the number of wired devices? I have 2 PCs, 3 A/V components and a network drive that need to exchange video content among each other (40GB files) and/or from Internet (1GB streaming), and I want to avoid Wifi slow-down.

You can always add a network switch to a router. You would add a router because you don't like Verizon's. You would add a network switch to increase of the number of LAN ports. If you haven't bought the GS608, Newegg.com has the higher customer rated (5/72 vs 5/185) TP-Link TLSG108 for $20 less.
