Verizon Orbic data usage?

so.. this is our 2nd month with the Orbic Hotspot. The 1st month was phenomenal, we are using the Orbic for our main internet so we used it a ton. We’ve got the highest plan at 150gb so that first month we used 140gb. 

Now here is the issue… 

we are 10 days into the 2nd month and our Orbic Jetpack already says we have used 150gb?? There’s no way possible.. We work all day while it doesn’t get used, we use it in the afternoons for about 2 hours or so.. and then weekends. There’s no way we have used up 150gb in just 10 days. 

Has anyone had this issue? Is there a way to fix it? I think the data never reset from the first month. Anyone out there to help? I’ve tried a hard reset and turning off the Orbic and back on many times.
