I cannot sign in to the admin page. No matter what device my jetpack is connected to, the http://my.jetpack or 192.168.1.1 methods do NOT work. Error message every single time. Every single time, no matter what. Do not tell me to do a reset because I have already done a reset over a dozen times.

Hello sledford29,
We definitely want you to be able to access your Jetpack in order to better manage it! I'm not having much luck in finding a Jetpack with the model number RC400L-CD. Can you double check the Make and Model of the device you are trying to use?

Hi Christopher,
I'm having the same problem with a Verizon RC400L-4A jetpack. I've typed http://my.jetpack as well as the address http://192.168.1.1 into three different browsers on two different devices and the attached photo is what I consistently get as a message.
I've tried disabling the firewall on my windows laptop, which did not resolve the problem. I also tried the operation my iPhone, and it wasn't able to be completed there either.
Any thoughts?

Oh wow, you have done quite a bit, I do appreciate you doing that for me. I would love to help to see what is going on. How long has this been going on? Have you tried this in a different location? Please tell me more. -Amber

I cannot log in either. I get to a page, but it does not allow me to log in. I try over and over. admin and the password. Now, when I look at the device, it does not give the password, but I know what it is and it is written down elsewhere. I cannot get the crazy log in to take place so I can change the risky password. I tried for hours yesterday to use the device with my computer and it would not work, so I re-set it and finally it worked. Did someone get to the device and change the password? What is going on? Why does the usual page that comes up after entering http://my.jetpack say "no proxy." and that's all!!!!! WWWWWWHHHHHHHYYYYYY?
