When will we get lollipop for ellipsis 8?

I have a Samsung Note 4 and ellipsis 8.  My samsung has been updated to 5.0 lollipop as have almost all android devices except my Ellipsis 8.  When will you give us android lollipop?

No one on this peer to peer forum knows if the device is capable of running Lollipop or if it will ever be updated.
