My brand new tablet is constantly crashing Amazon music and I haven't even turned it on or used it. Why? And how do I stop it? It happens so much that I can't do anything on my tablet without being interrupted regularly.
Go to your app manager and disable Amazon Music. I think that is one that is pre-installed so you can't delete the app, but you can disable it.
Settings, Application Manager, find Amazon music and disable.
Disabling the notifications for the application after disabling is also a good idea. It keeps the device from trying to update the application to a newer version.
