Why won't my device turn on?

My ellipsis 8 which is only 1 month old will not turn on. Any suggestions? Thank you

Call it into VZW for warranty support.  Have them send you a new device.

In the mean time test plugging in the charger from multiple outlets and charging cables.  Make sure its not a simple charging issue first.
