No, I do not think it will work.
This hotspot only supports LTE on band 13, and does not support 3G GSM or CDMA tech at all. This band is only used by Verizon in the USA and Bolivia from what I can gather.

It depends if your Jetpack is Global ready or not. I cant find any evidence of this feature on your Jetpack from the user guide. I know the 6620L is global ready.

If it is then you would need to enable international roaming on your data plan. Rates for traveling abroad will apply depending on the region you are traveling too, some are more expensive than others.
