i cant get a charge. plug in to wall charger a question mark pops up on screen. tried usb on computer. says 0. was plugged in all day
See if this helps:
Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds. While hold the power button connect the power cord into the unit, release the power button. You may have to try it another power supply. Good Luck!
