my ellipse jetpack MHS900L will not power up. The green light is on but nothing on the display and does not show up on laptop as hotspot. I went through trouble shooter and cannot find anything to match my symptoms. I was able to remove the battery and when plugged in it still displays a green light but nothing on the LCD display
We know how much you rely on your jetpack, we want you to be able to us it and stay connected angnray. Is there any physical damage to the device?
