Hi dkc1967
Can you provide more detail? Are you seeing an "incompatible charger" message? Did the charger ever work with the device?

yes, the device has always worked up til now. Sometimes it says
incompatible charger, other times it just says "connect charger". I have
only had it a few months, should I return it? We have two of them, one is
working fine, this one is not.

Let's get that tablet charging. When did you start getting this message? Is the charging port or charger damaged? Have you tried a different charger. Please let us know, we want to help getting down to the bottom of this.

yes, I have done all those things, I started getting the message after it
updated firmware/software. I read all the online help sites, including
verizon. I am stuck... i keep plugging and unplugging, leave on wall
charger for 2 days, leave on USB PC port for 2 days, change charger, switch
charger and cable. Reset to factory default/wipe, clear cache from boot
up. All those things, it still isn't charging.
