Check with Cannon for instructions on the various network connection options that are available for that model.

The Jetpack is functioning just like any other home wireless router you may have.  As long as you are within range of the Jetpacks weak signal the printer should be able to find it and connect.

I am having this same problem.  I do not see a correct answer button.  My jetpack is a 4G. The printer is an Imageclass all-in-one MF644cdw.  Can you help?

We totally understand the need to connect your printer with your mobile device. Does your 4G LTE Jetpack have issues with connecting to other wireless devices? What happens if you try to connect a different mobile device to the Canon printer? This will help you determine whether the issue is the Jetpack or the printer. SheritaH_VZW
