the items that are logged on are fine but new items will not accept the password. I even logged off on my phone and tried to reconnect and it denies to accept me
When you connect to an access point like the 4G LTE Router your devices often setup wireless profiles to remember the password and connection information. If the info is entered incorrectly then future attempts will fail too. A good first troubleshooting step is to review the wireless profiles on these devices and delete them. Once deleted then start over with a fresh connection, making sure you type everything in correctly.
