On August 16, 2015, I got the Ellipsis 7 with my Apple iPhone. By August, 2016, it stopped charging. I had to keep paying the monthly fee on it even though it didn't work. So, in January, 2017, I upgraded my son's tablet to the Verizon Gizmotab, Ellipsis 8. It cost a small fortune. Now, the new tablet has also stopped charging. The charger that came with it never worked but we were able to use a different charger just fine until 2 days ago when it just stopped charging altogether. The Ellipsis tablets appear to be junk. What can I do to repair or replace them without going broke??
If the tablet is still under the manufacturer's warranty, you can get it replaced that way. Take it to a Verizon corporate store and ask about a warranty replacement.
Get an iPad. Ellipsis should be come pre loaded with things for children.
Their bluetooth is from hunger, they do NOT work with either Macs, or the "Smart Link" in my chevy.
Worst tech decision I ever made, will be returning it to Verizon!!!
