Hi.
I switched to Verizon wireless a few days ago. I already have Fios gig plan and was able to link my new Verizon Wireless account to my Fios account and merge them into one as required for the $10/line discount. When I try to join I get error “Mobile + Home Rewards savings may be affected after pending account changes are made.” Verizon wireless and Fios have no idea why this is happening and every rep I spoke to just sends me the instructions on how to join without understanding I can’t proceed to join because of this error.
Any ideas on how to fix? I don’t see anything pending on my account. Thank you.
