Customer service has gone downhill. Been without a phone for three days. Couldn't get anyone at a local store to help. I can't even find where to submit a real complaint.
What's the issue? More details would help. Does it say "No Service"? If so it could be a simm card problem.
What kind of phone? What OS? Not trying to aggravate you but if you want help we need info.
If you just want to complain about customer service, that's another issue of course.
I'm NOT a VZ employee, just been using their phones since the company was created.
