I’ve had Verizon mobile for a while. Have Verizon cable + tv at one home. I contacted Verizon and spoke to one of their agents about getting internet set up at an 2nd location and these guys will promise you the world to sign up. Verizon literally set up the account for me. Long story short now the billing is messed up and no one can fix the problem on their end. These barely English speaking customers service agents just copy and paste the same thing over and over.
