I've been a mobile customer for years and finally moved to an area with Verizon internet so was excited to take advantage of the bundle discount. After creating my Fios account I was sent a link to sign up for the bundle discount but the link didn't work. I called a CS rep who sent me another link which also didn't work (I kept being brought to "page does not exist"). I researched to try to figure out how to do it another way and there are no clear instructions anywhere. I was able to figure out how to link my mobile and Fios accounts to share the same login info, but there was no confirmation or follow up step on how to activate the bundle discount. What am I missing, and why is Verizon making this so difficult?
