I keep getting the “Error: Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966” message on my app and desktop. A thread in this forum said to ask Fios to remove Mobile + Home 1.0 and install the 2.0 version; ended up requiring the 4.0 version which included them sending a new router (no monthly price change on my Fios bill). I was asked to wait 24 hrs and then try enrolling into Mobile + Home. Still receiving error message. Incredibly frustrating since I just switched from another wireless carrier and the price I was quoted included this discount.
