Where do I submit a complaint regarding being told wrong gift card information. I was told I would get a gift card for Samsung but I ended up getting a gift card for Samsung at Home Depot. Everything is recorded right? I specifically said I did not need appliances and was told I could buy any Samsung product. We only took the upgraded plan because of the $400 gift card.
