  • I'm hoping to find assistance from Verizon from someone that can view my router admin logs not just the devices that are connected with the actual logs I recently had an issue where I was receiving messages in my admin logs about a possible DNS rebind attack I called Verizon was transferred a bunch of times finally reached someone who identifies himself as tech support only to be told that is out of the area of expertise they actually didn't even know what DNS rebind attack was they had to Google it after hearing that I was transferred to the supervisor who recited the same information and also added that I should possibly contact the manufacturer of my router for assistance why would I do that I pay my bill to Verizon it's their equipment it's their support is there any department of Verizon that can actually view my router logs any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated
