Nurse Discount

I called to sign up for Verizon Mobile and Wifi and was told my wife qualified to get the nurse discount because she is a registered nurse.  I was told it was simple and easy.  I followed the instructions to go through ID.ME, added her to my account and the discount didn't show last month.  I even received an approval notification.  Multiple calls and hours spent on the phone and it still doesn't show on the bill this month.  I am about to cancel if Verizon can't add the discount to the bill and credit me for last month.  I am tired of dealing with all the hoops, I just want to pay what I was told I would pay.
