i’m having trouble with Verizon store that sent me seven months ago iPhone 13 on them and it’s a lemon phone. It does not work right at all. My phone calls are muffled and my speaker when I hit it goes off and on off and on and I can’t when I I’m on the phone with a friend or my boyfriend I can’t end the call with the button I’m so aggravated with Verizon. I want to put a complaint against Verizon store because they’re not giving me another phone. This one is deflective Cell Phone iPhone 13 and they will not give me a new one and I’m sick and tired of Verizon store. I never had a problem in the years that I had a iPhone and now they gave me iPhone 13 and I’m having a problem I put the insurance on they’re not doing nothing for me for $17 why should I pay that a month so I took it off because they’re not doing a  thing for me I’m really disgusted with Verizon mobile cell phone 13 iPhone

Welcome to the forums.  You're talking mostly to other users here.  If you want to reach Verizon, I suggest using the "contact us" links at the bottom of the page, or reaching out to them through social media.  You can DM them on the Facebook page, or "tweet" @Verizonsupport on X (formerly known as Twitter.)

I am wondering, though, if you received a brand new phone.  If so, it should be covered by Apple's warranty.  A call to Apple or trip to the Apple store should be helpful in getting your issue resolved.
