We pay for the most expensive plans and our service data and coverage are always terrible. Same goes for our Verizon/Frontier home WiFi. We have had multiple people come and check and change things and it’s all drive very terrible.

are all services this bad? Because we are ready and willing to change.

I also have the highest plan and have horrible service sometimes, often!
