What is going on and where is my gift card?

I received my Verizon router, my extender, and Fios TV. I keep being prompted to redeem my home offers on the Verizon app. On the home offers screen, under redemption history, it say Amazon Gift Card. I never received a confirmation or redemption email for this gift card. I don't have any way to order my Amazon $200.00 gift card. I have not received an email and it's not anywhere on my Verizon to click on. What is going on and where is my gift card? Please help me resolve this issue!

You need to call them and bug them.

Document EVERYTHING.

We had a similar offer and was told that it was sent to us AFTER denying that we had gotten one.  That's right, they denied that we were due anything.  UNTIL I found the email saying it was being sent.  ThEN they claimed it had been sent!  They couldn't tell us how/when it was sent, but they were sure it was sent.  I kept calling and was told they would "reissue" it out of good will.  I was livid.

The only reason they were willing to do so was the email showing that they were sending it.  I kept that email and sent it, that's when their tune change.
