Xbox and gift card offers disappeared

Hi, I am supposed to be able to redeem an Xbox Series S console and a $100 Verizon gift card as of August 13, and I am supposed to be able to redeem the offers withing 60 days of the offers being available. When I logged into my account, neither offer appears on my account anymore, and I have not redeemed them yet. The offers do not appear in my pending offers or in my "ready to redeem" offers. How do we fix this?
